Meet the team



David E. Congalton DDS



I have dedicated my career to with providing you with the best that dentistry has to offer. I stay current with the latest techniques and provide quality care in a gentle manner.


Growing up in southern California I graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara with a BS in chemistry. I then attended Creighton University in Omaha, NE where I received my doctor of dental surgery degree. I came to Vermont in 2000 and completed a general practice residency program through the University of Vermont College of Medicine. I have practiced here in Vermont ever since.


My wife Tammi and I have four children, three daughters and a son, ( and a dog named Libby) who keep us very busy. On any given weekend we enjoy boating on the lake or exploring new areas of the state with our bikes.

Office Manager



Cindy has worked for our practice for over 40 years. She is highly knowledgeable with insurance as well. We appreciate all her dedication to our office.



Heidi Vincent DA



Dental Assistant



Heidi grew up in Addison county. She enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding snow mobiles. She has been with our practice for 25 years. She is dedicated to her work and very good at it.



Tammi Congalton



Patient Coordinator



Tammi has worked behind the scenes in the practice for many years, but you may now see her more often in the office helping with scheduling and running the front desk.




Sydney Adkins RDH



Dental Hygienist



Sydney joined our team this year. She grew up in Addison County and enjoys all things outdoors. We are thankful to have her as part of our team.




Galen Northway RDH



Dental Hygienist



Galen has been practicing dental hygiene for many years. She works part time in our office, and we are grateful to have her as part of our team.



Madison Parnell RDH



Dental Hygienist



Madison has been with our practice for over three years now. She is originally from Florida and loves being outside with her two pugs. And watching her husband at the races.
